Celebrating Trucordia Team Members – 2021 Awards
Trucordia is proud to have so many amazing team members who give their all to help our customers. We’ve grown considerably since our start in 1998, and we’re thrilled to have such a dedicated and talented team.
Every year, we have our team members vote for which of their co-workers best exemplifies Cross culture and leadership. At the end of the year, we award the Most Outstanding and Excellence awards to the staff members who received the most votes.
Our 2021 results are in, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
Most Outstanding Award
Our Most Outstanding award is given to the member(s) who have best upheld the Trucordia culture, represented by seven aspects of customer service:
- Personable
- Helpful
- Informative
- Friendly
- Caring
- Encouraging
- Easy-To-Understand
They also demonstrate amazing character integrity in all that they do. Without any further ado, here are our 2021 winners!
Jailene Ayala
Jailene is one of our amazing Customer Service Representatives. She‘s proud to call Washington state home, and she’s an absolute ray of sunshine working with our customers.
When she’s not working, you may find her at home cooking up a storm with her loved ones, or drinking coffee and watching movies with her son. Jailene, you always make us smile with your positive attitude, and we’re so happy to give you this award for your amazing work!
Holly Cline
Holly is another one of our astounding Customer Service Representatives. She keeps everything running smoothly, and we couldn’t do what we do without her!
She said she relates to Belle because she tries not to judge a book by its cover, and we love how she sees the good in everyone.
Plus, Holly is so incredible that she won both the Most Outstanding and Excellence awards! Holly, you radiate positivity and kindness, and we couldn’t be happier to give you both awards – you deserve it!
Excellence Award
Our Excellence award is given to the member(s) who have shown an excellence in leadership and stand out by the nature of their commitment. They, too, uphold the culture of Trucordia and show exceptional character integrity.
This year, we had a three-way tie! Holly Cline won this award as well – check out the other winners below!
Abby Johnson
Abby wears many hats at Trucordia - she’s been in the insurance industry since 2003, and she’s helped countless truckers and haulers find the right insurance.
When she’s not working, she loves to travel and explore across the Pacific Northwest. Abby, you are a joy to work with, and we’re so grateful for your hard work!
Stephen Harrington-Descoteaux, CIC
Stephen is our talented Chief Operating Officer. He keeps us on track and in-line, but most importantly, he makes sure we’re serving our customers well.
Not only is he amazing at what he does, he also keeps us laughing with his great sense of humor. Stephen, we love your bubbly and fun personality, and we’re thrilled to give you this Excellence award for your amazing work!
And we can’t forget another shout-out for Holly, since she also won the Excellence award! Holly, we couldn’t be happier to give you both awards – you deserve it!
