Inside Sales Personal Lines

Mission: To grow the personal lines book of business by maximizing the Cross Insurance Agency sales process and applying these strategies daily. This includes taking inbound web and phone call quote requests.  Calling on lost business, unsold quotes, and monoline business for account rounding, attending activities and building relationships with mortgage brokers. This role is the face of our agency in the community as well as agency prospects.

Personal Lines Account Manager

Mission: To serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals. Account Executives focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their co-workers.

Personal Lines CSR

Mission: To serve the customer base so extraordinarily that clients tell their friends and family about the agency. By using rapport building and excellent communication skills this role will work to solve clients’ problems effectively and efficiently. This includes being first line of defense on all service items and only passing the ones that require an Account Executive. To proactively work with the team and relentlessly support the Account Executives.

Social Media Coordinator 

We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

Social Media Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Researching audience preferences and discover current trends
