Inside Sales Personal Lines Job Description

Mission: To grow the personal lines book of business by maximizing the Cross Insurance Agency sales process and applying these strategies daily. This includes taking inbound web and phone call quote requests.  Calling on lost business, unsold quotes, and monoline business for account rounding, attending activities and building relationships with mortgage brokers. This role is the face of our agency in the community as well as agency prospects.

Desired Outcomes of this Role

  1. Consistently meet or exceed production numbers (tracked and updated monthly)
  2. Follow the new business sales process and maintain a closing ratio of over 50%
  3. Work to improve agency retention with a goal of 93%
  4. Identify and develop a relationship with surrounding mortgage companies
  5. Work to support the marketing and branding team in the following ways:
