Contacting our agents
You can call or email your agent or office directly using our toll-free number or emailing email@example.com. We’re here to help with any question about your insurance protection, assistance with a policy change, or experience a claim.
You can now book virtual appointments with one of our agents. Use our booking website, fill out the form, and we’ll contact you at your selected time.
Our entire team is monitoring phone calls, text messages, and emails during our normal business hours. We expect that when a client calls, they will speak with a live person on our team. All voicemails and emails are responded to within two business hours.
We offer two digital options for managing your account.
Buy a new car? Need to add another driver? Add or change coverage? You can do just that on our website in minutes! Head on over to our client portal and submit updates to your policy any time, day or night.
Using our client portal webpage, you can manage your policy for home, auto, and more. In addition, for our business customers, you may request a certificate with a quick form.
Once you submit a request, you will receive an automated message that confirms that an agent is standing by to complete the change.
Next, you will then receive either a change confirmation or a call from one of our agents to complete the request.
Our mobile application allows you to fully manage your account, including access to your policy and view and share ID cards. The app is available on both Android and iOS and is free to all our customers. Find it in your app store.
Should you experience a claim
Should you experience a need to file a claim, reach out to your carrier directly at the claims number provided on your declarations page or ID Card, or contact your Cross Insurance agent during our normal business hours. We will do our best to advise you on the next steps and will connect you to the proper claims department.
