Over the past few weeks many of us heard Governor Jay Inslee’s announcement of community strategies and social distancing plans to minimize COVID-19 exposure.

In his emergency proclamation, Governor Inslee strongly recommended employers should start to maximize alternative work options.

Based on these recommendations, all Cross Insurance locations will be closed to the public for as long as the coronavirus continues to impact Western Washington. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our team, their families, and the clients and community who support our agency.

We are also canceling all work travel to insurance industry conferences and events for the foreseeable future.

Although our physical office may be closed, our team is committed to serving the clients and community members who count on us with the same level of care you’ve come to expect.

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to do the following:

Option 1: Add our client portal website into your mobile phone browser: This site you will be able to request the most common changes.  You can request a change for home, auto and commercial coverages. We will continue to add additional options as time progresses.

Once you request the change you will receive an automated message that confirm that an agent is standing by to complete the change.

You will then receive either a change confirmation or ,if additional information is needed, a call from our staff for the information that is still needed in order to complete the request.

You may also call our toll free number at 888-438-6708 and an agent will be glad to assist you.  Our goal is to return all calls within 2 business hours.  Please note we have an extensive team to fulfill those calls.

Our entire team is monitoring phone calls, text messages, and emails during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. It is our expectation that when a client calls they will speak with a live person on our team. All voicemails and emails are responded to within two business hours.

Should You Experience a Claim
